At Vastrado, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 15 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Initiate Request
Log into your Vastrado account, navigate to the 'My Orders' section, and select the item you wish to return or exchange to start the process.
Quality Inspection
Ensure the item is in its original packaging with all brand tags, invoices, and accessories intact to pass our mandatory quality check.
Schedule Pickup
Once your request is approved, our courier partner will visit your address within 48 hours to collect the package at no additional cost.
Receive Refund
After the item reaches our warehouse and undergoes a final inspection, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit within 5-7 business days.
